Dr Leighton Jay

Dr Leighton Jay is a parent of an NDIS participant with complex support needs. He brings his passion for creating communities that value people with disability to his roles on the IAC. Dr Jay is committed to hearing from people with disability who are usually not heard. He has experience in the disability and academic sectors of Western Australia. 

As Company Director and Principal at Sotica, he advises on policies and services that impact people with disability.
